Summer is here, but the work never stops!
1. Take care of your injuries!
2. Get ahead with strength, speed, & mobility.
I am seeing athletes all summer - rehab, team training, personal sessions and small groups.

3 things in life never come back once they're gone:
-your time
-your words
-your opportunities
So-
-invest your time in things and people that matter
-choose your words wisely and speak positively
-live with no regrets

JHS Students did well in the Ankle Mobility Lab today! Learning how foot and ankle mechanics affect all aspects of movement. Also a few self-care activities to help!
We had a great day at the Dubois County Humane Society Golf Scramble! Thank you for putting on the event and taking such great care of our 4-legged friends!
