Heroic Item Sync Compensation
With Heroic Item Sync now enabled, we recognize some players enhanced multiple Heroic items of the same type (e.g., weapon-to-weapon, helm-to-helm) before this feature was introduced.

Compensation will be granted based on the enhancement level of those additional items owned prior to the November 5 update. Rewards will include Heroic Growth Stones and Solant, automatically delivered via in-game mail this week.

No action or support ticket is required. Thank you for your patience.
