Only when I threatened to cancel did they suddenly schedule maintenance. Still refusing to refund the extra litres they basically tricked me into buying.

Absolute scam behaviour.

Their system falsely shows your water allocation is over so you’re forced to buy extra litres. I’m on the 450L Silver Plan and only use around 80–90L/month, yet I got notified my quota was finished with 40 days still left.

Bought an extra 100L because of THEIR faulty system, and apparently that got “used up” in 5 days too. I tracked it this time — I didn’t even use 5L.
