Chowdeck btw, i wan buy food of 6500 them list am as 7500 on their website, delivery 700 naira and still add service fee 750. Now the funniest part about all this is with a monthly subscription you get 1,000 off your order, the same 1000 they magically added to the food price🥴
This guy asked me out, and I turned him down.
I honestly thought he’d try to convince me or keep texting.
Instead, he respected my decision, disappeared, and now I’m the one thinking about him. 😭
Moving around Lagos is now so distasteful cus tell me why
I'm taking my usual evening drive, I park by a store to order something, now heading back, this guy sees me walking into my car
Walks up to me, and says "Abeg give me something make I eat, I get injury for leg"
I act like I didn't hear and he repeats it now with a harsh tone - Give me something na, you see as I dey walk, I get injury for leg and I Wan eat"
My first thought was is this madness cus WTF.. What confidence.
He was holding a stick, I saw the way he was moving it from one hand to the order and I gently bent to also handle my "instrument of peace"
Guess he saw what I did and moved back a little. Before he started leaving
Guard yourself as you move around Lagos these days
These guys are now so confident and they don't even care how much damage they create.
“Everywhere will shut down on the 1st of August. I wish there were somewhere I could go & pay for a public holiday so everyone could be at home & celebrate Peller & Jarvis. I want to buy a house in Ikoyi as a gift for my wedding, but because of the flood I’ll just get the house in the UK." — Peller
My older sister asked if she could keep a spare key to my apartment.
She said, "What if something happens to you? At least someone in the family should be able to get in."
It sounded reasonable, so I gave her one.
One evening, I came home and noticed my kitchen had been cleaned. The dishes I left in the sink were washed, and the trash had been taken out.
Later that night, my sister called.
"I stopped by today. Your place was a mess, so I cleaned up a little."
After that, she started dropping in more often. Sometimes she'd text me after she'd already left.
"I came by earlier. Hope you don't mind."
I started feeling uncomfortable... but I still hadn't said anything.
Then one Saturday happened.
