@FortniteStatus Still constant matchmaking errors since Simpsons update, can occasionally get a game if we all restart but this is getting stupid now- have spoken to support and I’ve cleared cache and done all the things they suggested but must be something wrong with Fortnite for ps5

Yes it’s on ps5- I’ve tried deleting Fortnite and reinstalling it- regularly clear the cache but still having issues

@FortniteStatus still having matchmaking issues now going on nearly 2months! Trying to play cross platform 2x ps and 2 x Xbox and occasionally lets us have one game but then that’s it- can on odd occasion reset ps and lets us have 1 more game but that’s it. Have reset router!

@brozzeh @FortniteStatus I’m having the same issue since Simpsons started! Haven’t been able to get into games- 2 on ps and 2 on Xbox.
Then can’t even get into solos 🤦🏻‍♀️

Can never get into zero builds just waited 30mins for nothing and then got 1 game of battle royal to then not be able to get into that either 🤦🏻‍♀️ rubbish

@VeryHelpers I’ve realised I’ve sent my return back to you last week but haven’t included the returns slip inside it- I have proof of postage that it has been received and it was packed in the same bag with my name on the label- will this still be found? Lucy

@PlayStationUK my ps5 controller is drifting and only a couple of@months old. What can be done? I’ve tried troubleshooting on website but nothing to help with issue?
