@AidanAidanmc@anthony_amburke@PM_animalhealth It helped the calves get through a rota outbreak here, It seems to just aid any upset ,you might only see a calf off their feed once and theyl bounce back, we are giving 30 ml in the morning to all calves born since march 10th.
@chakilleen No such thing as a closed herd with wildlife levels rampant at present, due to an under resourced wildlife density reduction programme, but yet its acceptable to keep culling our animals some hypocrisy! Your not alone Dara
๐ช๐บ๐ฎ๐ช A big thank you to Tadgh Buckley of @IFAmedia for attending todayโs crucial discussion on the future of agriculture at the European Parliament. The Irish perspective was strongly represented, especially on key issues like the next CAP budget. @fiannafailparty@BillyKelleherEU
@CHansenEU Hi Mr Hansen your visit to Ireland was well received, we hope that your positive and enthusiastic ambition for farmers will come to fruition and that we can be confident that our honest days work will result in an honest days pay. I attach a photo of a letter in this week's IFJ
@FJDairy "Could" being the key word here ,the department "could" also properly resource and implement a functioning wildlife control and density reduction programme, why is it deemed acceptable to cull bovines adhoc due to this disease but the predatorless carriers are untouchable!
@eamon_sheehan@1noeloconnor@AidanAidanmc@SeanMoy98947674@farmersjournal This is a farce!
3 million invested into research that investigates the spread of tb within a functioning herd is what we badly need at the moment, absolutely no where near enough money being ploughed into tb research by our government
