Wonderful morning learning about the preschools and before and after care programs at Woodrow and Marshall. Hoping we can place some of our preservice teachers there in the fall.
Wonderful day working with our graduating teachers. They went on mock interviews with administrators from local schools and then wrapped up learning about managing their personal finances. So excited to see what the future holds for this bunch.
Wonderful evening last night as five MED Educational Leadership candidates wrapped up their program with their project presentations. Next stop- graduation!
Dr. Frye attended the Council for Exceptional Children National Conference in Baltimore. She was able to share her ideas in a poster session titled: Unlocking Potential: Integrating Twice Exceptional Content into Preservice Education Programs.
Day 2 at OCTEO/ Deans Compact. Daniela Rodriguez was the star of the day. She hosted a table in the TREW committee meeting and presented a poster presentation with John Beck and Vince Laverick.
Busy Day 1 at OCTEO/ Deans Compact. Students interviewed, part of panels, and teaching demonstrations. These students are amazing!

Fun day in EDU 250 where we played trivial pursuit today in educational psychology to show positive and negative reinforcements and punishment following our lesson on behaviorism.
