Ok time for a discussion. If Anthony doing consecutive frame perfect links out of CROUCHING JAB makes Kazuya top 1, then why is ness, who has a TRUE INFINITE off of FOOTSTOOL, stuck in mid tier? Kazuya is beyond broken, but this is a generational talent gap between playerbases.
