we set up custom agents to triage bugs automatically.

add a slack emoji (or @ mention), and it reads the thread, creates a task in our bugs db, assigns an owner, sets priority, and tags the right team.

one of my favorite use cases. so simple i almost take it for granted.

implementing CRDTs in a production setting was fun!

we had to allow CRDT trees to span an arbitrary # of blocks, since users collaborate concurrently across many blocks by splitting/merging text.

CRDT literature focuses on collaborating within a single record.
