add a slack emoji (or @ mention), and it reads the thread, creates a task in our bugs db, assigns an owner, sets priority, and tags the right team.

we had to allow CRDT trees to span an arbitrary # of blocks, since users collaborate concurrently across many blocks by splitting/merging text.
