LOCKTOBER ADVICE THREAD 🔐:

It’s almost #locktober and people will be doing it for the first time or longer than they’ve done it before. Let’s talk and feel free to add anything I miss!

1. Cages cause friction. Moisturize down there and use lube on the ring to avoid chafing
2. Don’t sacrifice sleep. Take it off if you need to and put it back on when you wake up.
3. If you are sleeping for the first few times then drink a ton of water. If straining wakes you up then you can pee and it’ll go down to fall back asleep easily.
4. Comfy undies go a long way. I sleep in boxer briefs and wear a lot of cotton jocks to support when it strains and keep it supported.
5. KNOW WHEN TO TAKE IT OFF. Sometimes leg day can really cause a lot of friction to the sack or crush your balls. If you can’t focus at work you may need to take it off temporarily as well.
6. If you feel pain on your testicles, especially the tubes, your ring is too tight and you HAVE to upsize the ring.
