@BuildLaw_ArtTea The most significant aspect of a digital twin is the data you’re constantly capturing from the building/asset. This requires a process to set it up, maintain it and use it. BIM can be used to manage some of that process but not all of it

@AndyBoutle Interesting perspective. From my side I have consultants and contractors approach me with ‘opportunities’. I spend loads of time tailoring a solution for them, doing demos, sharing material etc only to never hear from them again 🤗
