I'm impressed with how well the 16th Street bus only lanes are operating. And the signage is really well designed. I only saw one violator of the lanes this morning. (You can guess the tags.)
Metro often talks about how service isn't that bad where lines overlap in the core of the region. But in a public comment, Brian Gannon, an end-line rider highlights the issue with 20-min headways: you miss a train by a few secs and you have a long wait + still paying peak fares.
