Rich Paul reveals his favorite song by his partner Adele and says he wasn't very familiar with her music before they started dating

“Obviously, you can't help but to hear the monster hits. But no, not exactly. But obviously, you know I'm pretty on the pulse of a lot of different things. And so you know, some of the big songs, but I didn't know all the joints that I know now.”

“My favorite song off of Adele's new album, 30, was ‘Hold On.' I felt like that record was, at that time, I felt like the world needed healing. And I also felt like that song was speaking to my mom because you know she went through so much in her life.

When I listened to that song, it really put me in a place where it was talking to my mother at the times where she was feeling [that] she had nothing left to hold onto.”

“Because when you aren't able to get the time back that you missed with your children, you don't know the detriment that comes with that from a mental perspective," he continued, "And my mom was a strong, strong woman, very strong woman, and so regardless of what she was going through, she wouldn't let us see it.”
