@northernassist can you advise if the 5.33 from Piccadilly to Preston is going to run today or will be terminated at Oxford road? It is showing up as an option on journey planner but then shows as cancelled when you click into the specific journey.

@northernassist That’s not too helpful as have no idea when the next train will actually run? Any eta on when things will get back to normal?

[Lucy @lucelovessweets]

@northernassist do you know what is happening on the Preston to Manchester line? Seems to be lots of delays & cancellations in that direction this morning?

[Lucy @lucelovessweets]

@northernassist can you advise on the cause of delay of the 14.05 Manchester Oxford road to Preston? Will it run?

[Lucy @lucelovessweets]

@northernassist What is happening with a land slip on the Preston line? Lots of cancellations this morning?

[Lucy @lucelovessweets]

@mikepye Ooh I think I might be in the office on Wednesday too so could pop and visit you if you’re free at any point!

[Lucy @lucelovessweets]

@santanderukhelp I requested it when I made the application online. I’ve had the card through but no sign of the balance transfer being completed?

[Lucy @lucelovessweets]

@santanderukhelp hi, can you let me know how long a balance transfer onto a new Santander credit card should take?

[Lucy @lucelovessweets]

@northernassist any idea what’s causing the delays through Bolton this evening? Most trains seem to be getting stuck outside the station.

[Lucy @lucelovessweets]

@northernassist considering how many trains you’ve cancelled into Manchester today, how is the 11.32 from buckshaw to oxford road only 2 carriages?

[Lucy @lucelovessweets]

@santanderukhelp That’s great thanks for your help.

[Lucy @lucelovessweets]

@santanderukhelp hi, where can I find an isa transfer form on your website?

[Lucy @lucelovessweets]

@santanderukhelp Hi, it’s to transfer from another provider into Santander. Thanks.
