在grok build 中对比了一下grok4.5 high和 composer 2.5 fast，日常使用了4个小时没有发现特别大的区别
速度差不多（都很快，比gpt5.5快），质量也差不多。
已经很不错了，之前的grok用来写代码是不行的。
用量稍微比composer 2.5 fast 好像快了一点
