Aiding in lifestyle alteration and perspective shifts | Understanding
others through mental reframing and compassion.
Telling my story, from year 0 & beyond.
When is there a point in time where you can't reach the pinnacle of self-mastery?
You're always growing.
Always striving for the next big thing.
Why stop?
It's your choice.
Hustle, Grind, Commit
What for?
If the people, places, and things didn't exist when you come back, what's the point?
Don't take things for granted and shove off time for the things that won't last.
The world keeps moving, doesn't mean you can't stop to admire it.
Taking a step back to reorient, to realize that your "life" doesn't follow anyone else's.
Yours comes first, unless you choose to prioritize it otherwise.
(Honourable mentions to parents, spouses, the obvious)
But please do yourself a favor, take care of yourself.
@seenaspat I appreciate the advice, Patrick. Taking a step away from technology more often would also help.
Building passion in life, with hobbies, people, etc - allows you to siphon it back into what you want to do.
A positive feedback loop of energies.
I want to create.
Yet, I see others doing the same - and most make it a means to an end.
"Buy my product, and then I'll funnel you into 20 more..."
Simply just wanting the money, nothing wrong with that.
Still burns me out from wanting to make things.
I'll strive for better.
@thejaymoraes@thedankoe I honestly need to delve back into it, I've been more than slacking when it comes to that.
Maybe you could demonstrate your strategy for note organization and application?
I'd love to learn how you best utilize it, Jay.
I'll be focusing on something for a while.
Something that is going to kickstart my journey into supporting everything else I hold in my life.
I can't wait to show you soon, but for now.

@thejaymoraes So many people blog, and record their thoughts.
Why can't you do that on paper, or online?
It's kind of like journaling, just with a filter that you choose.
Honestly, connection feels undervalued in the current era.
Ironic, since it's basically the opposite (on the surface).
With the breadth of connection we have, shouldn't we have more freedom to speak with others personably?
@BackReliefCoach @BladiOrtega1111 @FitFounder It put me on a path of self-improvement and reflection I would've never had otherwise.
Gotta find gratefulness in mundanity.
@MaximilianJSW Everyone states that the 9-5 is the hard path, with cushy stability and security...
Do a 180 and think about it, how a company could really cut you loose without a second thought. Its happening all over and has been.
The easy route doesn't exist. What does?
Financial freedom.
@thejaymoraes And if you believe you deserve less, that's what you need to work on.
Knowing your value, and having faith to take action.
Prerequisites must be met to set the bar for your life. Setting the bar for yourself first.
