@ChrisWarcraft For me, the best sport on at the moment is the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand. The women's game has come a he'll of a long way and there are some cracking matches going on. Well worth a watch if you can find a catch up service (they're only playing weekends). USA-CAN up soon too.

Hi @CitizensAdvice, what recourse does one have when a company takes payment for a service not provided and frustrates any effort to seek redress? @evri_cs took payment to collect parcels, did not collect them, and I cannot contact them about a refund for the collection fee.

Absolutely awful customer service from @evri_cs. Charge extra to get parcels collected. Decide that they will not collect them but don't tell you, just update the tracking info. Help chat is useless and phone bot can't find any parcel references. Refund for collection fee?
