for people running coding agents every day: what do you read first when one opens a PR?
the diff, the tests, or the summary it wrote about its own work?
LaunchLoop is on Show HN today.
paste a public repo or a site. it reads the README, package.json and last 20 commit messages, then drafts your launch posts and images.
I vibecoded it. if the AI is busy it says so and asks you to retry. no template copy.
For Chrome extension tests, set extensionPaths in playwright.config and you get extensionId in your test. I tried it with uBlock Origin Lite.
It's called playwright-gaps, MIT licensed:

Issues welcome, especially for other declined features.
Three Playwright features I keep wanting got closed as "not planned": network throttling, touch gestures, and persistent contexts in the config.
The maintainers' advice was to write your own fixtures. So I did ๐งต
await touch.swipe(carousel, { direction: 'left' })
await touch.pinch(map, { scale: 2 })
I tried it on real Swiper, Hammer.js and Leaflet pages in all three browsers, and it found two bugs in my own code before anyone else could ๐
@T1redDeveloper muddy is normal this early. the tone thing might be your free vs pro line on its own: free rephrases, pro keeps it sounding like you. for people writing in a second language that feels like the part worth paying for.
@alishaz1221 makes sense, by then they've already put something in, so login feels like saving progress instead of a wall. now that clarity is in, are you watching how many drop at that step vs before?
@harishchouhan ha, the same playbook that filled your inbox, just aimed properly. the "are they actually a target customer" check is what would stop it feeling like those directory emails. would you have it write each email too, or just pick who gets one?
@asaridarr 4 sales a month is a really clear line to put on the page. the hard part with people already selling is moving their books and links over. are you doing anything to make switching from gumroad easy, like an import?
pointed LaunchLoop at its own site as a test.
it decided I charge ยฃ19, ยฃ193 and ยฃ12/mo.
turns out two bits of text on my pricing page were getting glued together with no space. fixed.
@asaridarr a flat $9 is a nice pitch once someone sells a lot, a cut keeps growing with every sale. at low volume it can cost more than a percentage though. are you going after people already selling or people just starting?
@harishchouhan ha, so the "useful" ones were mostly better written spam. the timing is the clever bit, they land the week you're most open to anything. what's the email idea it gave you?
@KaiNovakCrushJo reddit and linkedin threads make sense, that's where people vent mid hunt. of the four modules, which one do they ask about first when you talk to them?
