@mart__e @_opencode @fpodoo @Odoo ..for this reason it Is very strange to me that the activities are in the very small set of deleted objects.. For example the standard Activity report in the CRM shows exactly the past activities (and you have to use the heaviest mail message object for this....)

@fpodoo why @Odoo delete an activity done instead of archiving it? Then replace it with a mail.message (usually bigger table) so cannot be for performance issues. But in this way for reporting you need to create specific sql view (like crm) each time. Why this solution?

@mart__e @_opencode @fpodoo @Odoo Unless the user wants Odoo rarely delete objects, expecially transactional ones. They always remain in the db , creating also performance issues in some cases. I understand It since the business value of reporting needs is high...
