The exciting moment has finally arrived: @themutualfun—a project I’ve been closely following—has opened applications for 200 TMF Passes. As an avid NFT collector, I am captivated by NFTs that blend artistry with unique concepts.
Before I even take my seat, I’ve already done my homework.
- There are 2,000 Passes in total; each Pass allows for the minting of 2 "Seats" at 0.01 ETH each, with proceeds going into the fund. There are 4,001 Seats in total, including "Chair #0," which will never be sold. Another interesting feature is the merge-and-upgrade mechanic: holders of two "enrolled" Seats (already committed to the fund) can choose to permanently burn one to upgrade the other’s participation level and weight, transforming its appearance into an "Elite Corner Office" chair.
- All five funds start with the same rules; differences emerge based on weekly holder voting. Seats are randomly assigned to funds, and the assignment is fixed once made.
- The artwork consists of fully on-chain, 64x64 pixel chair portraits. Background traits determine which fund a Seat joins.
- The founder is @Kingpickle (formerly of ApeCoin and creator of @DENGSonApe), with @what3verman handling operations. The project runs on the Robinhood Chain.
- The $TMF supply is minted once at a ratio of 4,001 × 401,000 with no further issuance; the launch utilizes StonkBrokers' "Smart Launch" mechanism.
I’m eager to get a TMF Pass—there’s no point in pretending otherwise.
I’ve been actively supporting @themutualfun and hope to catch the team's eye; I also want to use my writing to clearly explain these designs and discuss what makes them interesting. Ultimately, however, a great NFT—especially one with a unique concept and a soul infused by its team—is something that requires personal exploration to truly appreciate.

大多数免费 mint 一上线就在证明自己能活过第一周。Fomies 反过来，先把“排队本身”做成了能传播的东西。

@FomiesNFT 的设定不是官网加白名单按钮，而是 Department of FOMO。你进门、连 X、找 Window Three 的 Intake Officer 办事、交文件、等盖章。Clerk 的办公时间写着周一到周五开门时，周末据说在。审批被故意拖慢，文件一份一份过。通过之后拿到的不是冷冰冰的 WL 截图，而是一张能翻转、能导出、能直接发到 X 的 Access Pass，上面有编号、clearance、referral，角落里还钉着一根 support pickle。

这个包装很完整。申请过程本身就是内容：打印机在 Day 2 就快报废，官方配文“请有序恐慌”；Clerk 会迟到，因为去购物；部门会收到一大批 access cards 和 pickles，HR 建议别问泡菜的事；电梯施工，禁止靠近；某个房间已经被占用，出勤保密；大楼里出现新噪音，管理层说有人在处理。每条更新都像部门公告，而不是项目方在喊单，所以截图、二创、讨论隐藏细节都自然发生。

网站也不是填完就走。通风口里藏着提前来排队的 Fomie，蜘蛛、飞蛾这些小互动藏在角落，探索被做成世界观的一部分。视觉统一：大眼睛职员、官僚办公室、通行证、泡菜彩蛋，辨识度比多数免费 PFP 高一截。社区说供应量 10k，免费铸造，卡片上能看到 Solana 和 EVM 钱包栏，链上部分还在往前推。

数据也跟上了叙事。账号 8 月 27 日才建，现在 3.3 万粉出头，只关注 4 个人。Day 2 官方公布 23,000+ 申请；社区后续汇总到 5 万上下。早期单帖能到 1.6 万赞、1.4 万转发、1.8 万回复。发帖不多，但几乎每条都在推进部门日常，互动却一直很高。

免费 mint 最难的是让人有理由留下来等。高价 mint 一上线就有保本压力，业余免费 mint 又经常还没被定价就没声了。Fomies 把 FOMO 直接做成机构流程：排队、窗口、盖章、故意慢审、偶尔关门。人在等的时候有东西可看、可截、可聊，所以注意力不是靠一次性喊单堆出来的。

艺术、可分享的卡片、持续更新的部门公告，三件事现在是咬在一起的。申请还在窗口进出，房间和电梯的线也还在往下走。这种项目少见的地方在于，你还没 mint，已经有一套能认出来的世界观了。
