@PayPal We did however get the money back but without apology or any kind of explanation. it just appeared in the bank account. But we deleted bank details and closed the paypal account just to be sure.
@PayPal Paypal charged my mother's debit card for something she did not buy. When we lodged a dispute, their response was "This transaction is consistent with your purchase history and funds will not be reversed". Mom only ever used Paypal one time so how did you determine consistency?
