@GeorgiaDOL I am needing a copy of my 1099-G form. Never received it in the mail. I have called every number possible, emailed GDOL, and even tried to call and email the commissioner and I get nothing. I leave voicemail after voicemail. I seriously need this form ASAP!!!

So for anyone knowing how to reset your pin for the GA DOL UI Claim... I am sure sure most of y’all have already been verified through https://t.co/s3hVdTcyty but you will receive an email from [email protected] for me I didn’t receive the email to reset my pin until a month

@GeorgiaDOL I never received my 1099-G form and was wondering if y’all can send me a copy. I’ve tried everything. My UI account is locked out and I even created an ID ME account and completed every step it said. Any help would me appreciated.
