- Work only 40%+ of the year
- Focus on War Powers instead of legislation

@ChadPergram Capitol Hill, on both sides, takes 9 week vacations during the summer, 'works' - at most - 4 day work weeks and partial days. Add that they vote on meaning resolutions multiple times (war powers), I believe it is Congress that is stepping on its constituents.
