@marcjacobs your customer service needs so much work! I have called 4 times now for a refund for a bag that I shipped back WITH THE LABEL YOU PROVIDED and not one person can help. Where is my money?!
There is nothing to apologize for when:
--Taking a perceived threat seriously

--Doing what you feel is right, regardless of any perceived business consequences
