We kindly ask @RiftboundReport, @TurnThemSide, @Challengertcg, @LotharHS, @The_Blevins, @CasanovaCasts and anyone who can help amplify this to assist us in reaching the right people. Our DMs are open, and we can provide proof of everything stated below.

We are players who preorder boxes, lend cards, drive to Regionals, help our local game stores pair rounds, and soon will be streaming weekly content to grow the scene. Yet every set we see the same logistics gaps hurt the stores that host us.

• Origins booster boxes arrived weeks late; many stores never received the Release Kits.
• Spiritforged Pre-Rift kits reached most shops only two days before the first event, while the remaining booster allocation was routed elsewhere in February and has still not arrived.
• Unleashed kits have not left the warehouse as of 30 April, and the 1-7 May prerelease window opens tomorrow.

Summoner Skirmish prizing follows a similar timeline:
• Origins champion mats arrived after the season closed
• Spiritforged prizing reached stores halfway through the set’s rotation
• Flash promos have not been mentioned

Each delay forces organisers to refund entry fees, cancel events, and watch new players walk away. These repeated issues raise a simple question: is the current Norwegian distribution set-up able to meet the shipping dates UVS publishes?
We are not alleging bad faith—only asking for clarity and a process that matches the community’s willingness to support the game.

We respectfully request:
• An audit of the chain that handles Norwegian prerelease kits, booster allocations, and promo shipments
• Replacement of the missing Spiritforged stock so stores can fulfil events they already advertised
• Enforce distribution to send confirmed ship dates and tracking numbers for future releases—before the published event week begins
• Evaluation of an additional, independent distribution channel for the Nordic market;

Relying on a single source has shown its limits since launch and a back-up route could prevent future shortfalls.
Reliable delivery lets us focus on what we do best: filling tables and growing Riftbound in Norway.
