These are the people that have verbally abused me and told me to come to you! Now you pass me back to them and let’s be honest they will do nothing on the situation.

Day 27 and happy als bus still failing to stop and pick up the kids. They are stood in the pouring down rain. This is not good enough complaining gets you nowhere apart from receiving verbal abuse!! @Merseytravel @Alison_McGovern @WIRRALGLOBENEWS

Almost 3 weeks back at school and the 601 @stagecoach @Merseytravel is still failing to stop and pick the kids up! They stood in the road today to try and stop it which is so dangerous and it still drove around them! .Daily complaints get you nowhere. Please sort it out!
