@dhoggynft The new project owner wanted to wait a week or so after transfer to make announcements. We didn’t ‘quietly exit’. This plan was instigated and agreed by Mel - we have been working with her every day on this.

@dhoggynft @MelisaMimosa420 @liv_nft 50eth was transferred from the treasury at the time the asset transfer agreement was signed - as the wallet was part of the agreement. As per the announcement in discord, the 50ETH is for tax liabilities (which doesn’t even cover it).

Melissa wanted to wait before making an announcement on 4th November to allow time for due dil and get her ducks in a row (which ended up being moved forward). The announcement is on Twitter and Discord
