So fun getting up to speak about our trials of different #seagrass#restoration methods at #AMSA2023 today with fellow EcoGenetics crew!
Grateful to have been able to present alongside some incredible talks at this year's seagrass symposium
It’s been an exciting week for some of the team attending #ISBW14 🇺🇸🌱
There has been so much knowledge exchanged and new connections made to help better seagrass conservation across the world and we’ve loved learning so much from new exciting seagrass research 🌍 #TeamSeagrass
Finished the @ISBW14 week in the BEST way with a visit to the @VIMS_News labs and a swim in the #Chesapeake Bay #seagrass restoration site. Thank you @nature_org and VIMS team for sharing your stories, knowledge and experience
This week our teams are out inspecting seagrass planting trials at 10 sites across the UK. We're working with @wwf_uk @SkyZeroOfficial and @CarlsbergUK to understand where exactly the window for restoration exists.
Happy to share the 3rd paper from my PhD.

Zostera nigricaulis is a species of eelgrass native to the Southern Ocean that has a distinctive black stem - it’s the only seagrass species to do so!
The Project Seagrass team all in the same room 🙌🏼
Over a year of zoom calls and with some of us living in completely different countries has meant that the team haven’t all been together in more than 3 years. And look at how we’ve expanded since then!
