None of us want any harm to come to our patients, but it already is. We need better pay to have better and safe staffing levels, better staff retention and to be able to provide an actual emergency service.Also nurses need this so much & they are incredible & at breaking point4/4

📈 NHS nurses received a pay rise of at least £1,400 this year, on top of a 3% increase last year.

We're grateful for their hard work and regret that some union members have voted for industrial action.
