Doctors prescribe birth control to 14 year olds like it's candy. No investigation into why a 14 year old is having severe acne, debilitating periods, or irregular periods. Just suppress the issues with synthetic hormones for the next decade.

Birth control at 14 means
- Her natural hormone production is suppressed during her critical development years
- B vitamins, magnesium, zinc, and selenium are depleted for years
- Gut bacteria is altered for years
- She has no opportunity to learn what a healthy cycle looks like
- She is risking her future fertility
- She is completely out of touch with her own body

It's easier to prescribe birth control than to investigate why a teenager's body isn't functioning properly. We're medicating teenage girls instead of teaching them how their bodies work and how to support them properly.

Said this before but I’ll say it again. Just one lifetime ago in the UK, our grandfathers could buy a home, buy a car, have 3 to 4 children, wives could stay home, take annual vacations, and then retire… all on one middle-class salary. What happened?
We had same day GP, ambulances within minutes, dentists, good education, decent public transport, clean river and beaches. So AGAIN WTF happened?
