The last two months I’ve been conducting some in-person focus groups at paediatric kidney centres across the UK. It’s been great to meet people in 3D and to gain a better understanding of their experience by seeing the centres myself. Here are some photos I’ve taken along the way
Looking forward to this event and discussing some very important and much needed research. Would be great to have some patient perspectives on this @MidlandsKidney@KPIN_UK@Kidney_Research
This year’s kidney Patient Reported Experience Measure (PREM) is open from 16 September.
We use feedback received to identify changes, your unit can see how they are performing against other units, & to see how they could improve the quality of your care.

Excited to be presenting the findings from the Kidney Patient Reported Experience Measure (PREM) 2023 additional one-off questions at #UKKW2024@kidneycareuk@UKKidney@UniofHerts
4/4 I am currently reporting on the analysis of Kidney PREM 2023 free-text comments. This report is used by UK Kidney Centres to guide quality improvement.
Follow the link for the reports from previous years https://t.co/LbWuolkUou and keep an eye out for this years! #kidneyPREM
3/4 This vital piece of work looks into the identification and management of depression in UK Kidney Centres. With more work on this to follow in the coming months.
1/4 Today is World Kidney Day! Kidney disease affects 1 in 10 people, with just under 70,000 people receiving KRT in the UK (in 2021). Thus it is imperative to ensure we continue to improve patient experience of their care.

@DomaincheckUK is your company still running? My fathers domain email and website has stopped functioning in the last 24 hours and your number on the website is not recognised
Not to late to share your experience …
