@virginmedia day 3 of NO internet, your website states a known fault but no idea on fix time, all this for £65 a month, what a joke, cancelling tomorrow-how are we supposed to work like this or revise for exams? #crapservice

@virginmedia Like I said I've done this, there is a know fault in the KT16 area, its utterly rubbish. Every few hours says its 'fixed' but crashes again within minutes.
