For @CambsCC to then send out two new ones out with the same error of the postcode on! The enjoyable experience of changing your name just turned into a huge stress! Sort it out @CambsCC you have had it in black and white email several times and phone calls! 🤦🏼‍♀️😫

[Lucy Howard @lucymayhoward]

After getting married in August and the vicar mistaking @BenJolley1 hand writing and getting the postcode wrong on our marriage certificate. Ely diocese wouldn’t take responsibility so we had to pay £90 plus £22 for two new certificates….

[Lucy Howard @lucymayhoward]

@TiaAnthonyyyy This is so lovely xx

[Lucy Howard @lucymayhoward]

And yes…I have been in store and it’s not there hence ordering online! 🤣

[Lucy Howard @lucymayhoward]

Ordered a Christmas present from @Georgeatasda first photo and their WhatsApp response “we should be packing our customers items slot better than this we have logged this for further improvements.” Second photo….the new order, still no packaging and still broke.🤦🏼‍♀️

[Lucy Howard @lucymayhoward]

@_itssNico Well done, where are you working now? X

[Lucy Howard @lucymayhoward]

@CambsCC how do I get through to someone to discuss our details on our marriage certificate being wrong. 1 hour on hold so far!
