We managed to get so close to the Red Squirrels at Brownsea and they were literally running around our feet! They are the most perfect models and I really enjoyed capturing some shots of them munching on a big hazelnut or having a quick scratch!
We were up early, walking to the hides in the pitch black to get there in time to watch the sunrise over the lagoon 😍 Spoonbills, Sika deer, Kestrels, Redshank and of course Red Squirrels 🐿️
This wonderful nature magazine @Conkernaturemag is so beautifully put together by Lucy Morris and her team and a great resource for naturalists and nature lovers 💚 They really captured Benji’s answers exactly as he said them, so I hope you’re able to read it ok here🙏☺️💚
The GCSE in Natural History was formally announced this evening in the magnificent Natural History Museum. And these 2 legends were stalwarts and fellow travellers. Tim Oates from @ocrexams and @CarolineLucas. 😄😃😀
