@BBCr4today It is quite simple to link the EU Covid app to the NHS app via QR codes with signatur that trust each other, this happened across Europe in a few weeks. The UK could even recognise paper certificates. This is a political decision, not a technological problem

@tsd1888 @PaigeWestNYC Thank you so much for the accessible thread! My tip, based on a recent student presentation I saw, really do NOT try reading from a handheld smartphone/tablet! Constant swiping, losing your place, peering at a reflective screen... very difficult to look up and engage the room!
