@sainsburys I am trying to complete the out online shopping order but the payment screen just provides an error. I need to complete by 11pm for delivery tomorrow. How can I proceed?
@BootsUK order gone missing and all you can do is reorder but can’t confirm when will be delivered! Offered a refund but will take 5 days so now I have been out of pocket for 2weeks.I have run out so now I need to travel 17 miles, pay fuel, car park and items no longer on offer.

@McAfee brilliant escalation process! My dad has called numerous times regarding a payment being taken with numerous escalations and guess what no response!
@Tesco awful new process with collections. Receive an email from Tesco at 4pm informing me that from 21st September there will be no bag deliveries. Went and collected my order 2 hours later on the 18th and non of my shopping is in bags!
