I am extremely disappointed @Tenpin_Bowling.

When I received my phone bill, I realised that I had spent £47 (!) trying to book my son’s birthday party with you because you have a premium rate phone number and I was on hold for so long.

Terrible customer service.
Very disappointed with @kidspass. It wasn’t clear how to cancel my membership, so I emailed them before the renewal date. They emailed me back after the renewal date with instructions. They have still taken the renewal and won’t refund me.
