"hope that music can be heard and loved for what it is, rather than being divided by region or language".-BTS

@PopBase Seeing a woman establishing her own company on her own merits is what I lived for. I'm rooting for her.

For those who don't know, Itaewon Halloween tragedy happened on October 29th, 2022. It was deadliest crowd crush in South Korean history with 159 deaths and 196 injuries and the second & Korea's deadliest disaster and mass-casualty, only behind the Sewol ferry tragedy in 2014. The event shook the entire South Korean nation. All domestic events were canceled for weeks in honor of those who lost their lives and even now many families are still reeling over the devastating aftermath effects.

With the tragedy's anniversary fast approaching, BTS has a right to be concerned. No one said not to respect your culture. But BTS are KOREAN artists at their roots and you're at THEIR CONCERT. Respect for one's culture has to go both ways. They speak up because they care for your safety & well-beings. Furthermore, if something happens, the Korean media will not care it's part of your concert culture. They will all the blame on BTS & crucify them.

Please put yourself in their perspectives and try to understand where they are coming from. Sharing your culture with BTS is one thing, but they should not have to brush over theirs to cater to yours. Safety should always be the first priority and respect for one's culture should go both ways.

The same way you guys said Africa doesn’t have the infrastructure for BTS concerts is the same way your countries don’t have the necessary infrastructure for the screens.

[Lucy @Lucyzojq]

@HANA__987 I always check other members photo dump to search him

[Lucy @Lucyzojq]

@9secondsofnoise @SensualTiana You don't have to look down on jk talent to uplift your faves. He has many songs written and composed by himself. The song on golden may not be written by him but the voice is his. It's not easy to deliver amazing vocals like jk did even tho it's not his first language.

[Lucy @Lucyzojq]

@WootteoAlpaca @SensualTiana And what he ate his album. If you know how mentality exhausted he was then why try to look down on his talent. It's not easy to deliver vocal and adlibs like jk did.

[Lucy @Lucyzojq]

@stars4ksj @WootteoAlpaca @SensualTiana Bunch of losers

I often wonder how BTS selects which member sings each line on their songs and what it would sound like if they swapped them. Then I recalled a game they played singing someone else’s line from Idol and realised they always choose the perfect member for the job. #ARIASBTS
