House of Doge pulled names off the About page.
Tim Stebbing, the Foundation bridge and listed CTO/director, just disappeared from the site.
The Payfare operators stayed. The 10% technically stayed: Jens Wiechers signed Much Wow Ltd. onto 7.72M HODO shares (~10.09%) as merger consideration, sole vote, sole dispose.
The Florida filings are oddly timed with that. Dogecoin Foundation Inc. (N25000003324), same Miami address as HoD, was voluntarily dissolved August 26, 2026, with no public note. SuchPay Inc., the FL payments shell at that address, also voluntarily dissolved.
Foundation names and the economic claim sits in the UK vehicle Jens signed.
This looks like an elaborate distancing between the public company and people associated. Either way, the timing is the story: names off the page, FL Foundation Inc. dissolved, 10% parked in Much Wow.
