This weekend in Birmingham ended, I have to say, in the best possible way.
2nd place on Friday 7-1
1st place on Saturday 8-0
Top 32 on Sunday 6-2
For an overall score of 21-3.
These past few days, there’s been one thought stuck in my head that I honestly can’t explain. And unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, I’m the kind of person who always tries to find a meaning behind everything that happens.
Why did I start winning so much right now?
Why did my Luffy, out of so many, get a Black Label?
Since January, I haven’t stopped for a single moment. I could have won any tournament, so why now? Why exactly when I lost everything?
Why in the exact moment where winning hurts almost more than losing?
Maybe there isn’t a rational explanation.
Maybe some things are not meant to be understood right away, but felt.
But now I’m sure it’s a sign. My mother and my best friend are watching over me from up there. They have become my “why” every single day. Maybe that’s exactly where the strength I’m finding comes from: the strength to keep going, to make them proud, and to keep chasing everything I promised myself.
To have real people by my side.
To chase my dreams without fear.
To travel the world as if it was my home.
And to make the people around me happy.
So many of you have supported me, and keep supporting me every day. But the most beautiful thing is that many of you have also started sharing your own stories with me, just like I shared mine.
And that’s exactly the point: sometimes we think we are alone in our pain, in our fears, or in the hardest moments of our lives. But we are not. Everyone is fighting something that others can’t see. Everyone has a weight to carry. But there is always a way to turn that weight into strength, to give meaning even to the things that feel impossible to accept.
I don’t want my story to be just my story.
I hope it can become a reminder for anyone going through a difficult moment: not everything we lose truly stops living. Sometimes it stays with us, changes form, and becomes the reason why we keep fighting.
It’s not just cards.

Merci 🙏 ❤️
