@alexsithole Honestly, I've given up on these kinds of supporters. They seem to love the Motaungs' team more than they value themselves. The only people truly benefiting are the Motaung children financially, while the supporters get nothing in return.
@KaizerChiefs has become one of the biggest disappointments in football, and it's a pity so many people are still buying into it. It no longer feels like a football club driven by ambition, but rather a business focused on making money, and pity they are losing a lot of money.
You have no shame. You neither value nor respect your supporters. The only thing you seem to care about is milking them dry. Enjoy it while it lasts, because at this rate, this club will eventually become a shadow of its former self. I gave this team everything, but I just can't
@BlackMoveCalito@alexsithole What have your so-called quality signings achieved over the past 11 seasons? At least changing the recruitment approach might finally bring about some positive change.
Chiefs bid farewell to Matlou
After four seasons with Kaizer Chiefs, George Matlou’s contract will not be renewed when it expires at the end of June 2026.
The 27-year-old attacking midfielder joined the Glamour Boys from Swallows FC in July 2022 and played an important role in the squad that lifted the Nedbank Cup during the 2024/25 season.
We thank George for his commitment and contribution to Amakhosi and wish him well in his future career.

@SenzoSambo@mshengulala I am very disappointed with some of our supporters. They behave as if they are the Motaungs' accountants, or as if the money needed to sign quality players will come out of their own pockets. As supporters, we should be demanding a stronger and more competitive team.
For a team that finished 3rd without winning a trophy, they should have budgeted at least R80 million for top-quality players. That would demonstrate a serious commitment to rebuilding the club, closing the gap on their rivals, and competing for major honours again.
Kaizer Chiefs' pursuit of Langelihle Phili has hit a snag, with Stellies holding out for a staggering R16m. A deal involving Ashley Du Preez and GeorgeMatlou wasn't enough, but FARPost understands Amakhosi remain in pursuit.

If Chiefs want quality players, they must be prepared to spend. The time for nursing management and bargain-hunting is over. You can't expect top-quality results while not investing in top-quality talent.

Kaizer Chiefs are discovering just how tough it will be to land Stellenbosch FC sensation Langelihle Phili. Stellies value the star winger at around R16 million.
Amakhosi offered a player-plus-cash deal involving Ashley Du Preez and George Matlou, but the Cape Winelands outfit knocked it back.
Despite the setback, Chiefs haven't backed down yet as they look to back new head coach Fernando Da Cruz.

Still on the matter of PSL clubs not wanting to sell players to Chiefs or Chiefs not having good relationships with other clubs. Here is Siya Sangweni describing his failed move to Chiefs after he was given permission by Mato to join Chiefs. This was 2010.
Chiefs haven't always operated in good faith with other club chairmen. What they're experiencing now feels like karma. I remember the disputes with Max Tshabalala over the Abraw saga, the issues with Chippa over Maloangoane, and there are many other examples.
