@VirginMediaIE widespread outage in Dublin south since 0615. It took you 3 hours to confirm the issue. Maybe you should train your NOC team? As one of the main ISP you should have proactive monitoring and not have to rely on customers’ reports.

@raistolo As you certainly know, if the route with 1 hr layover was ticketed and sold and you cannot make it due to delays it is carrier’s responsibility to carry you to your final destination, plus you clam compensation as per EU 261/04.

@cesco_78 Io ho impostato la deviazione su occupato verso il mio asterisk, configurato con un bel IVR. Con un click rifiuto la chiamata e via. Dai log, se la chiamata dura > 1 minuto con buona probabilità è una robocall e la blocco, periodicamente poi segnalo al Garante.
