After a couple of weeks travelling across east coast in USA I can say that the best airline was @SouthwestAir and the worst @Delta. The reason for this situation is based mainly on how a person is and his/her behavior doing the tasks. In the boarding of the @Delta flight DL5792

And we had three. After discussing with him, nothing to do. Worried about if we could have the third suitcase to flight back to Spain in NY.
When we entered into the airplane, space for more than 7 suitcases was available.
So @Delta you must put more emphasis in customer care
