@CorreosExpress nadie ha recogido un paquete cuyo envío ya he pagado y es imposible saber qué ocurre ya que ningun agente atiende en atencion al cliente y las respuestas automáticas son inadecuadas. Necesito saber por qué no se ha recogido el paquete y cuándo se va a recoger.
