$NRED timing a copper exploration story right next to producing mines is exactly the setup that gets re-rated before the drills even turn.

LOOK AT THE DISTRICT AROUND $NRED
Wilmac sits roughly 10 km west of Hudbay’s Copper Mountain Mine, which produced 23,784 tonnes of copper in 2025 and is targeting 25,000–35,000 tonnes in 2026.
Nearby, Kodiak Copper’s MPD project hosts 82.9Mt indicated @ 0.39% CuEq + 356.3Mt inferred @ 0.32% CuEq, and recent drilling hit 283.5m @ 0.70% CuEq, including 108m @ 1.02% CuEq.
That’s why location matters.
$NRED $NREDF is exploring inside a proven southern BC porphyry district where large copper systems
1.67% Cu at surface was already interesting.
Now $NRED.CN has identified multiple UNTESTED IP targets with stronger responses than the area carrying that copper mineralization.
Wilmac is starting to look less like a single target and more like a much bigger exploration story
I don’t know that I entirely agree with this view by @benthompson but it is at least logically sound:
There’s no point is pacing global AI progress if China never agrees to coordinate, bc you’re sacrificing financially in the hopes of achieving global AI safety gains that are irrelevant and futile in a world of globally traded Chinese open weight models with frontier-esque capabilities.
Where I want to see better evidence: What’s the clearest signal that CCP isn’t open to coordinating on specific guardrails and red lines, such as bio risk, cyber risk, and RSI?
