El problema acá fue por el gobierno que aceptó condiciones mucho inferiores a las del mercado. No es culpa de este gobierno ni de este congreso. El contrato claramente es lesivo.

Segundo, sí el precio es a "costa del internet" pero es más a "costa del internet" el que solo tengamos 2 compañias para elegir y AUN SE REUSAN a implementar la Ley de Portabilidad Numérica.
