Japan’s government is expected to approve, as early as June, the first Basic Plan based on the Act on the Promotion of Public Understanding of LGBT People.

The plan includes concrete measures to prevent discrimination against sexual minorities and calls on the national and local governments, schools, and businesses to promote respect for sexual and gender diversity.

Among the measures are the expansion of counseling services and training programs for teachers and school staff. Regarding youth education, the policy aims to “encourage an approach appropriate to their physical and mental development.”

In the draft plan, the government emphasizes that LGBT people often face difficulties in daily life, uncertainty, and various forms of anxiety. The document identifies a “lack of understanding among staff across various support services” as a challenge and proposes strengthening the dissemination of accurate information and knowledge so these institutions can provide more appropriate support.

The plan had been delayed for nearly three years following the law’s passage, partly due to disagreements between supporters and conservative groups, but now the government has begun preparations to approve it at a Cabinet meeting. Este sistema da Volta é uma palhaçada. Hoje fui jantar num shopping em que me foi imputado 20 cêntimos pelo consumo de 2 bebidas, ao pedir a devolução do depósito foi-me dito que não aceitariam as latas de volta e que teria de devolver no sistema da volta. Fui devolver e tenho agora 20 cêntimos para gastar numa rede de supermercados que nem faço compras...

Isto é uma palhaçada completa obrigando as pessoas a levar lixo com elas para meter nas máquinas em volta de uns cêntimos.

Eles têm de aceitar a devolução. O estabelecimento onde compraste a garrafa tem a obrigação de aceitar a devolução da garrafa, se esta se encontrar em condições e depois de apresentares o comprovativo de compra.

O problema é que muitos desses restaurantes de shopping estão a fazer isso e a recusar-se a aceitar a devolução com a desculpa de que tens máquina do Volta no estabelecimento.

Nestes casos tens de ameaçar com o livro de reclamações e podes me citar a lei onde está obrigatoriedade:
