@allywooww Honestamente no sé si es lapso en la memoria (me gradué en 2013) o inconsistencias del MEP, pero por mas que recuerde historia de LATAM del cole no recuerdo que vieramos nada tan a fondo sobre eso. Llegué a querer educarme mas de eso muy recientemente, y no en esa época.

@Lab_Pokemon @GamingGen @ParanoidOddish @4Chris_Brown Worse part of it all is that then they put a huge emphasis on "recent tournaments you've staffed" but I've only been able to staff 2 regional/ICs in the last 2 years despite me applying to most tournaments in my region. Either you're "known", or get lost in oblivion.

I requested feedback and help on how to work on my applications to my previous leads/mentors,since TPCi won't ever provide it and I was ghosted on Discord both times.

@slAndeh @willbeers Definitely, don't get me wrong, it's amazing and heartwarming seeing those judges getting that shot like we've had before. But the specifics of the selection and the roles they're being selected at, while other very capable and experienced judges are left out is... unfortunate.

@willbeers It definitely feels things were done differently in a lot of ways; I've been curious (by the lack of a better word) about the selection process for staffing for a while.

That said, situations like this feel almost like we've missed a spotlight for the better.
