@TMZ Your headline is wrong. The charge is "unlawful carrying" not "carrying unlawful." The first is a non-serious, storage issue. The latter / your headline makes it something like he was carrying illegal weapons.

The charging document only alleges that a single firearm was improperly stored in his vehicle. Your headline makes it sound like it he was charged for carrying a specific type or amount of weapons. We don’t know the justification for the encounter or how law enforcement was positioned to see it in “plain view.” Here is a copy of the document for reference:
