All your contact numbers say they don’t exist. Live chat and email get no response. My flight was cancelled but there’s no option to rebook or refund, and now it shows “flown.” Is this how you treat customers?

My flight on March 12 has been cancelled. I had already rescheduled it from March 5, and now it’s cancelled again. There is no option available for rescheduling in the app.
